Florence School District Four provides a great start for our youngest learners! Our program is available for income-eligible children ages four-years-old before September 1. The program is a full-day learning experience, following the regular arrival and dismissal times of your child's school.
Parents/guardians of rising per-kindergarten students may register at their zoned school with a completed enrollment packet. Enrollment packets will be available at the school. All required documents, including proof of residence, an official birth certificate, immunization record, Medicaid card, and income verification must be provided for a student to be considered for enrollment. Enrollment for the 4K Child Development Education Program is non-discriminatory. In the event the number of income-eligible children exceeds the space available, additional children will be placed on a waiting list. All registered students will be baseline-tested using a school readiness screening tool. Upon registration, parents will be notified of the screening date and time for their child. If you would like for your child to attend 4-K at Brockington Elementary School, please register your child on or before Friday, May 24, 2019. For questions or concerns, you may contact Dr. Alice P. Grice, CERDEP Coordinator for Brockington Elementary School. Registration is now open for the 2019 - 2020 school year and will remain open until May 24, 2019.

I am the registrar for Jamestown Public Schools, Jamestown, NY. I would like to email records requests for two students who have moved into our district. Please let me know who should receive the email. Thank you for your help!
