Trustees of the Florence County School District Four recognized students, sheriff officers and board members at their monthly board meeting in March.
The students are Courtney Tolbert, Trenia Robinson, Shakayla Tolber, Nykerria Thompson, Mikyah Whiting, Kyrek Tolbert and Nysia Marsch. These students were recognized for their outstanding representation of Florence Four at the 2018 SC FCCLA State Competition. These students received several medals during the competition and 3 of the students will represent South Carolina at the National FCCLA meeting in Atlanta, GA. Kinokia Brown was recognized for being inducted into the National Teacher Cadet Honor Society on March 10, 2018 at Columbia College.
They also recognized Florence county sheriff officers that work to provide a safe and secure learning environment for our students. The officers recognized were Lt. Troy Enzor, Inv. Thomas McFadden, Inv. Tyrone Porter, Inv. Farrah Turner and Sgt. William Odom.
There were three board members recognized for representing Florence Four at "Two Days at the Capitol". The board members were Mrs. Lillie Joe, Ms. Brenda McKithen and Ms. Deidra Thomas.
