If you are interested in early education for your child, below are a list of programs that are available.
ParentChild+ uses education to break the cycle of poverty for low-income families. We engage early in life and help toddlers, their parents, and their family childcare providers access a path to possibility.
To increase verbal interaction between the parent and child. This verbal interaction has both cognitive and affective components.
Our Core Model is as simple as it is effective.
An early learning specialist are provided low-income families twice-a -week for 30 minutes over two program cycles. The first visit of the week, the early learning specialist models for the parent, ways to engage the child in a fun educational experience using the book or toy.
The second visit of each week, the parent and children together demonstrate how they will use the book/toy. On each visit, the Early Learning Specialist will provide supportive extended activities to support learning.
Over the course of the program, families share a love of learning and experience success that will last a lifetime and will change their lives.
